The Plant Magic Coco Grow Bag is the new all-in-one solution for growing thriving plants. The bags are designed to provide all the aeration and liquid retention plants need, so there is no need for the messy transfer of soil to other plant pots.

The coco is sourced from India’s leading producer of premium quality coir. It is treated with a calcium-magnesium solution to remove excess salts, lowering the media’s EC. It is also treated to ensure it is free of pathogens, odours, roots, and other impurities often found in coco media. As an inert media, coir does not contain any of the micronutrients or microorganisms that soil naturally does. But when nutrients are added, it turns into a perfectly balanced environment for sturdy root development. Because it is dehydrated, coir is highly efficient at retaining the right levels of water, air, and nutrients for healthy root development. It is the perfect growing media for plants requiring exact nutritional levels and environmental stability, which soil may not provide.

The only live ingredient in Plant Magic Coco Grow Bags is a beneficial fungus called Trichoderma. These fungi naturally occur in all soil types and colonise the root zone. Trichoderma have a symbiotic relationship with plants – destroying pathogens with degrading enzymes and outcompeting them for space and nutrients.

Top tip: As an inert grow media, it is recommended that Plant Magic Coco products are fed Plant Magic Coco A&B base nutrients and Root Stimulant.
